1. Service Description
SaintCoreTax, operated by Saint Core Holdings LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), provides tax preparation, tax resolution, credit repair, ITIN application, business formation, and bookkeeping services through our online platform located at saintcoretax.com (the “Platform”).
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all services. For tax preparation services, you are responsible for the accuracy of information provided in your tax organizer and uploaded documents. You agree not to misuse the Platform or attempt to access other users' data.
4. Payment Terms
Service fees are disclosed before you authorize work. Payment methods include credit/debit card, cash (in office), or payment from tax refund (where applicable, additional bank fees apply). For credit repair services, fees are charged only after work is performed, in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).
A consultation fee may apply if you elect not to file your tax return after preparation has been completed, as outlined in your Service Agreement.
5. Credit Repair Disclosures
Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report at no cost by contacting the credit bureaus directly. You have the right to cancel your credit repair contract within three (3) business days of signing. No fees will be charged until services have been performed.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Saint Core Holdings LLC. Your uploaded documents remain your property. We retain no ownership of your personal tax documents or financial information.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, access controls, and audit logging to protect your information in compliance with IRS Publication 4557 and the FTC Safeguards Rule. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is.” While we employ qualified tax professionals, we are not liable for IRS decisions, penalties, or interest resulting from information you provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your documents will remain accessible for download for 30 days, after which they may be deleted. Tax records are retained for 7 years per IRS requirements.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
