SaintCoreTax started with a simple frustration: why do tax firms still juggle five different tools to run their practice? We built the platform we wished existed — one system for tax prep, resolution, credit repair, and everything in between.
Our Story
We spent over 15 years inside the tax industry — preparing thousands of returns, resolving IRS cases, and repairing credit for clients across Chicago. We lived the daily reality of running a tax firm: the spreadsheets, the disconnected software, the manual data entry, the compliance headaches.
The tools available to firms were either outdated desktop software with no client portal, or expensive enterprise systems that took months to implement. Small and mid-size firms were stuck duct-taping solutions together — one tool for document collection, another for e-signatures, a third for payments, and none of them talked to each other.
So we built SaintCoreTax: a modern, multi-tenant platform where firms can manage their entire practice from one dashboard. Every module — from tax preparation pipelines to CROA-compliant credit repair billing — was designed by people who have actually done the work. No theoretical features. No bloat. Just the tools firms need, built the way firms actually work.
